Orange white wine made with Nuragus grapes, which underwent maceration in barriques for a year and which was then sent for refermentation in the bottle with the Champenoise method. The wine is refermented in the bottle with the lees inside, and is sold on the lees (Ancestral method).

The taste is fresh and very delicate, ideal as an aperitif or in combination with very delicate dishes.
